Take I-5 South To Exit 194A, I-105 East toward Springfield.  Exit at 42nd Street / Marcola .  Take a right on 42nd.   Turn right onto Main Street.  Turn left on South 32nd Street,  Regional Sports Center is on right.

From the SOUTH

Take I-5 North To Exit 194A, and follow the directions above.
